There are new developments and changes coming to sites along Wilson Blvd that may be of interest to Dominion Hills residents.

The owners of the office building located at 6045 Wilson Blvd. are seeking to remove the building and build townhomes. This will require a general land use study as the site seeks to move from “service commercial” to “low-medium residential.”

You can see the application and other materials related to the study on the Arlington GLUP website. Dominion Hills will have opportunities to share feedback on the proposed changes. The Cavalier Club, located across McKinley Road from the former Febrey-Lothrop property, now under construction for the Grove at Dominion Hills, is looking to make some big changes that would more than double the number of apartments on the site.
